At Jeff Dillon Fine Art, each artwork is created, prepared, and inspected with care. All items offered for sale are produced individually at the time an order is placed and are issued as limited works accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.

Because of the custom and limited nature of our work, all sales are final, subject only to the provisions outlined below.

Here is a clean, unified version that blends the Certificate of Authenticity section naturally into the “Final sale items” section while keeping everything legally clear, concise, and consistent:

Final sale items

All items sold by Jeff Dillon Fine Art are custom-made and final sale. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Original paintings
• Limited edition prints
• Framed or unframed prints
• Calendars, books, and greeting cards

Once an order is placed, production begins specifically for the purchaser. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations based on preference, change of mind, or subjective dissatisfaction.

All limited edition works are individually numbered and issued with a Certificate of Authenticity. Because each piece is produced to order and documented as part of a numbered edition, these works cannot be returned to inventory or resold, which reinforces their final sale status.

Price adjustment policy

If an item you purchased goes on sale within seven (7) days of your order date, you may request a one-time price adjustment. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to contact Jeff Dillon Fine Art within this seven-day period and provide a copy of the original invoice as proof of purchase. Sales are coordinated with external partners, and price adjustments are based solely on the amount actually paid at checkout. Approved adjustments will be refunded to the original method of payment, and you should see the refund reflected in your account within three to five business days.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your artwork arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide clear photographs of both the artwork and all packaging materials.

Damage claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Where appropriate, resolution may include repair, replacement, or another reasonable remedy. Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed based on the nature and circumstances of the damage.

Claims submitted without photographic documentation or submitted after an unreasonable delay may not be eligible for consideration.

Customer handling damage

Artwork must be handled with care upon receipt. Damage resulting from improper handling, installation, framing, storage, or exposure to unsuitable environments is not eligible for refund, replacement, or repair.

Cancellations

Orders may not be cancelled once production or preparation has begun. Because all items are made to order, cancellations are not accepted after purchase.
