About the Painting
Featured in this piece is a view off of the coast of Madeira, Portugal. The velvety texture of the clouds are alight with magenta and crimson pigments, their forms are fluid and organic. These fiery silhouettes are contrasted by the cool blue of the evening sky behind them.
